Research and Development

We maintain two research facilities in two different countries. These facilities have the objective of improving both product and processing technology.

South Carolina, USA
Here we have composite processing equipment including pultrusion machines capable of manufacturing a great diversity of different parts and shapes. Manufacturing variables such as speed, temperature, catalyst systems, filler systems and loadings, fiber contents and types, can be fine tuned. The results of these research projects are passed on to our customers. We enjoy discovering new and better ways of doing things and have an imaginative approach to overcoming technical issues confronting the composites industry so that future growth can be assured.

Auckland, New Zealand
Where Plexinate was invented, this is the home of our resin lab. New product development, raw material evaluation, initiator systems improvements and finished composite product testing make up the core of this facilities activities.
